The Ruidoso School Board will have a meeting at 5:30 p.m. Tuesday; the Blackdom Collaborative will create a Blackdom Memorial Gardens; the Color Our World Summer Reading Program is set to start at the Ruidoso Library; Two Rivers Park will be closed for two weeks for cleanup.
