Otero County authorities believe they have recovered the body of a 67-year-old man and are asking anyone with information to contact the department; N.M. National Guard members from Roswell were honored for their actions during the South Fork and Salt Fires and flooding; the National Championship Air Races will be Sept. 16-20.
