The New Mexico Economic Development Department is lauching a series of events billed as New Mexico Creative Con to boost the state’s creative economy, go to edd.newmexico.gov/creativecon; a bill spending $1.5 billion on transportation in the state passed and is heading the governor’s desk; an ant-Immigration, Customs and Enforcement billed passed the N.M. House along party lines and now heads to the N.M. Senate; a bomb threat was called in at the Chaves County Courthouse around 1 a.m. Saturday.
